AudioH aimed to disrupt the $35 billion audiobook market by offering an affordable, social, unlimited audiobook platform. As Product Lead, I designed and managed the UX, streamlined onboarding, and optimized subscription flows to boost user engagement and drive early traction across iOS and web platforms.
Traditional audiobook platforms were expensive, restrictive, and lacked social engagement, leaving both listeners and authors underserved in the market.
Authors faced low royalties and no compensation for re listens, limiting content incentives.
Within three months, AudioH launched on iOS, secured early paying users, and achieved smooth subscription and social interactions.
The app raised $2M pre-seed and is projected to reach 50,000 subscribers by June.
