How we work
One partner, not three vendors
Most founders end up hiring a product designer, a motion editor, and a brand person separately. None of them talk to each other, and the founder quietly becomes the project manager. We do all three, so that job disappears.
Outcomes, not deliverables
A file full of screens is not a result. Every engagement is scoped against a number that has to move: activation, trial-to-paid, qualified demo requests, time to first value. If the number has not moved, the work is not finished.
Senior hands, start to finish
The person who scopes your project is the person who designs it. Nothing gets handed down to someone junior after the call. That is the reason we stay small on purpose, and the reason we turn work away.
You own it from the first delivery
Full file ownership from day one, 10 days notice, no lock-in. If we stop being the right partner, you leave with everything and nothing breaks.
Why 925 exists
I started 925Studios in 2022 after watching the same thing happen to founder after founder. They would ship a genuinely good product, then hand the website to one freelancer, the launch video to another, and the deck to a third. Three invoices, three timelines, three interpretations of the same brand. The product ended up looking nothing like the site, and the founder spent their week translating between people instead of building.
So we built the opposite. One team that takes the product UI, the marketing site, the motion, and the founder's own content, and treats them as a single piece of work.
It means saying no to a lot. We are not a development shop. We do not run paid media. We do not take work we cannot put our name on. What we do take, we do properly.

A good fit
A SaaS or AI product is losing people at activation, retention, or trial-to-paid, and the bottleneck is the interface rather than the feature list.

Engineering-only work. We are design-led and ship front-end for our own designs, but we are not a development agency and do not take backend, infrastructure, or full app-build contracts.

The studio
925 Studios is a registered business. It operates as a sole proprietorship registered as a Micro Enterprise under Udyam (MSME), Government of India, registration UDYAM-DL-09-0051560, incorporated on 19 January 2023, with the studio founded in 2022.
We are based in New Delhi, India and work remote-first with clients across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Boutique and senior-led by choice.
